Carrytick is a document conversion tool for bookkeeping and accounting firms. It reads the text of a client’s bank statement PDF in your browser, turns it into a CSV file ready to import into Xero (or QuickBooks Online), and checks that the file is complete: opening and closing balances, every running balance, missing pages, and gaps or overlaps between months. You get a one-page reconciliation summary to keep with the client file.

One plan per firm, not per user. Try it free on any statement — no account or sign-up — and pay when you need every row in the file.

How the Firm plan works

  1. Subscribe above. Checkout is handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record.
  2. When checkout completes, this browser is unlocked and you see your license key (it starts with txn_).
  3. Colleagues paste the key into Carrytick. Their browser checks it and remembers it. Only the key is sent — never a statement.

Questions

What counts as a row? One transaction line on the statement. The opening and closing balance lines are not counted.

Does it read scanned statements? No. It works with text PDFs downloaded from a bank’s website. If a PDF is a scan, Carrytick tells you before you pay anything.

Does it replace a bank feed? No. It is for the accounts and months where you only have PDF statements — a client without a feed, or the history before a feed was connected.

Is it connected to Xero? No. Carrytick is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Xero. You import the CSV yourself using Xero’s statement import.

How do I cancel? Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we will cancel for you. See Terms.
