Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms apply to Carrytick (the “software”), provided by Atesen Software, the trading name of Samet Ateşen, a sole proprietor based in Adapazarı, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). Contact: sametatesen2@gmail.com.
1. Who sells the Firm plan
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. What the software does
Carrytick is a document conversion tool. It reads the text of bank statement PDFs in your browser and produces CSV files and a reconciliation summary. It does not give professional advice of any kind, it does not hold or move money, and it does not connect to any bank or accounting system. You remain responsible for checking imported data against the source documents.
3. Free use and the Firm plan
The free version reads and checks statements in full; CSV downloads include the first 15 transaction rows. The Firm plan is a subscription ($49 per month or $490 per year, plus any tax Paddle adds) that removes the row limit for one firm. A firm is one business and its staff and contractors working on its clients. Do not share the license key outside your firm.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not charge again after you cancel.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. It does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Your data
Statements are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Use the software only for documents you are authorised to process. Do not attempt to bypass the license check or resell the software.
8. Warranty and liability
We work to make conversions accurate and flag rows that do not agree with the statement, but bank layouts vary and the software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes to paid plans apply from your next renewal, and we will tell subscribers by email beforehand.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
